Emergency Food Bridge Initiative Program Assist
Please CLICK HERE to apply for Food Bridge Assistance. This is a one time program, until further notice, in place for families or individuals who lost current benefits due to the 2025 government shutdown. We will begin distributing grocery vouchers beginning November 17, 2025 as long as funding is available. At this time this program is only available to individuals currently on SNAP or have been within the last 90 days (8/15/2025). Proof of SNAP benefits is REQUIRED in order to receive assistance (award letter or denial of benefits letter if you were receiving benefits and it ended within the last 90 days). We will do our best to assist as many families as possible but this is contingent upon donors fund availability.
Real Talk: Teen Life & Choices
Coming Soon May 2026! Its time for Real Teen Talk. This program is for teen girls and teen boys ages13 - 19 as we enter our multi part series on Teen pregnancy prevention, our bodies, and the choice we make with them. Registration opens March 2026!
Camp Pathways: Leaders Within
Our fun filled Summer Day Camp program is back June 2026! Ages 5 - 17, participants must be enrolled in school, fully potty trained, and current on required vaccines in order to participate. Registration opens April 2026!
Pathways to Independence: Real World Ready
For ages 14 - 19. This is a 4 day summer program helping young teens pave their way to independence once leaving High School. Teaching valuable life skills needed after graduation Registration date TBD.
Secure the Bag: Money Moves
This workshop is for youth ages 11 - 19 age appropriate focus on financial literacy, opening bank accounts, saving, real life role play, budgeting, etc. We will hold 3 workshops, once a month in August, September, October 2026!

Pathways to a Joyful Holiday Event
Our annual Holiday wish list event! Register your child(ren) and complete a holiday gift wish list and donors will select their name in hopes of making their wish list come true. Event will run from November 2, 2026 - December 16, 2026. Gifts will be distributed Saturday, December 19, 2026 from 9am - 12pm. Location TBD. Registration opens October 30, 2026!
